The indie rock band Silversun Pickups and the Romney 2012 campaign get into a tussle after their song “Panic Switch” was used at several campaign stops. The lead singer/guitarist said in a press release that they thought about letting it go for irony’s sake, but they have instead filed a cease-and-desist order for using their music without permission.
