A note on lectionaries: The lectionary has a long tradition in the church and there are variations in its use. Most Protestant denominations that use the lectionary format follow the Revised Common Lectionary. Roman Catholic, Episcopalian, and a few other Protestant denominations may follow lectionaries that differ from the Revised Common Lectionary. There is usually significant overlap between these lectionaries and almost always the gospel is the same.
