absentee voting

This anniversary may have passed you by, but on this day in 1919, The US Senate passed the 19^th Amendment. Almost seventeen months after being introduced by the House of Representatives, women were given the right to vote.

It reads:

The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex. Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

And after the 15^th and19th amendment passed, voting rights are signed, sealed, delivered, right?
